Warning: Potential Scam for your website
We’ve recently become aware of a phishing scam that appears authentic, claiming copyright infringement on our client’s websites - typically around the use of images. Websites developed by Marketing MS utilize only images that are legally authorized for use and those owned by our clients.
If you receive any potential scam notices (mail or email) regarding website copyright infringement, please forward to us and we will have our technical team evaluate for authenticity. In the meantime, DO NOT CLICK on any links, load any images or follow the instructions. Otherwise you could be subject to a ransomware attack.
Be careful, the notices we’ve seen appear on the surface to be real. They can seem to be about a lawsuit already in process. We have reviewed many such claims, none for our clients is currently true.
